Hi guys. So in this video tutorial, I'm going to show you how to unsuspend your X or Twitter account. So all you just have to do is to come over to your um X account. So if I come over to my X account, you are going to see the message they actually give me here. So you can see the message here and it reads suspended. Your account at console X is currently suspended. For more information, please log to X.com. Okay. So if you have exactly the same message right here, then I'm going to show you how you can actually unsuspend your account right now. So the first thing you have to do is to come over to your browser. Okay. So um this tutorial I'm going to be making use of Chrome browser. So if I come over to my browser right now and um all you just have to do is to search for x.com. Okay. And then you enter and you wait up. All right. So you can see this message right over here that says your account is suspended. Then if you read up this write up, you are going to see that at the end of the write up. There's something like submit an appeal right over here. I don't know if you can see it. Submit an appeal right over here. That's what you're going to click on. So if you click on submit an appeal, then you wait up. Okay. So this is it here. Appeal a locked or suspended account. This pattern that I'm showing you actually works out very very effectively as especially if you are to make use of the write up that I'm going to show you in this video. So you can see right over here your X username and then you can also see your um this is your email that you used or that is associated with your X or Twitter account. So it says over here description of the problem you are going to put up a write up right over here and then you submit. So this is the write up that we are going to be using. Let me paste it here. Okay. So if you if you check the comment section, I'm actually going to I'm actually going to um pin this right up so that everybody can benefit from it. So it says over here, "Dear X team, hello sir. don't know why my ex account has been suspended. I always follow the policy of X and never violate its policy terms and conditions. But please, if in any way I may have offended, I plead with an appeal to restore my account as soon as possible. Thank you. So this is the only write up that you need in order to unsuspend your account. And then next thing you just have to do is to click on submit and you wait up for it to process. So let's just wait a little. Okay. So this is actually an authentication that you must do. So I'll just go ahead to click on authenticate. So if I click on authenticate right now, you are just going to read up this. It says use the arrow to find the image where the number on each ring adds up to the number on the left. Okay. So number two. Okay, I've done the first one. Let me do the second one. Okay. So, it says over here, proven that you're a human being. Okay. Thank you. So, we have received your request. We'll re we'll review and um take and take um further action if appropriate. In some cases, we may send an email with more information to your address you provided. Please check your trash or spam folders to avoid missing the communication. So, this is actually all you just have to do in order to get your account unsuspended. And um it takes up to two weeks before this review is over. So, after 2 weeks and if your account is not yet suspended, you can still do this again. But avoid doing this over and over again before that two weeks or else it might result to a delay in getting your account unsuspended. Okay. Nevertheless, after the appeal um there is something there's also a high chance that they might not unsuspend your account depending on the crime that you have committed. Okay. So I went ahead to ask group um how can I unsuspend my account? So it also gave me an answer and then I also asked group I also told group that um my account I have submitted series of appeal yet I have not been un unsuspended because this is actually my second um Twitter account or ex account that I used to do this and this was the answer that group gave me. It said permanent suspensions. If your account is permanently suspended, appeals are less likely to succeed unless you can prove a mistake. Okay. Example, hacked account or uh erroneous flagging. Some users report instant rejections or no response. So um in order to add something to this answer that group gave me. If you happen to submit your appeal and maybe you have already submitted it today and after 2 weeks you submit it again and after the after um another two weeks interval you submit it again and nothing is happening. I'm going to advise you add something to your write up telling them that you don't actually know emphasize more that you don't actually know if your account was being compromised or it if it was being tampered on so that the X team is going to know that you were not at fault. Okay. Try to give them a reason why they should um unsuspend your accounts and then also try to read their policies and and um terms and conditions so that you are going to know where you actually went at fault and include it on your write up so that the team can actually know where you at fault and then know how they are going to help you.
