Pinterest is one of many places, but I usually go to Pinterest to see what people want in the digital space. Now, of course, you're going to find a lot of physical products and a lot of like um how-to stuff on Pinterest because people are looking for styles and how to style their clothes and how to do certain nails and all of that, but there's some very important data on Pinterest as well about digital products. And I'm going to show you exactly what I mean. So, you want to go to trends.pinterest.com in order to check out Pinterest trends. So let's go down here and on interest I'm going to go down here and I'm going to choose something that will be connected to the digital space such as finance. So when I click on finance already as we can see there's saving money charts there's budget planning startup business plans payday uh bi-weekly savings challenge debit card uh cash app balance budget planners there's all types of potential digital products just by looking at these trends right here and you just have to ask yourself this is trending right here so what can I create around this specific topic or this keyword that will help me deliver a digital product of value. That's what you have to ask yourself when any of these keywords are trending. And if it's something that's been trending for the last 3 to 6 months, you know that you are on to something and that you know that you have a product that's in high demand. So Pinterest is one great place to check out what's trending and what you can create in order to have a digital product that's going to make you hundreds and possibly thousands of dollars. So, the next thing I like to do besides Pinterest, of course, is to go over to ChatGpt and just say, "I would like to launch a digital product to sell. Give me five of the best niches to serve." Just something like that. AI and automation for business, digital side hustles and passive income, health, fitness and wellness, content creation and social media growth, personal finance, as we can see over here on Pinterest, personal finance and investing. These are five very powerful niches right here that you can run with whenever you are about to launch your digital product. So, even though Pinterest gave you this data right here, because they see what's going on directly on their platform, you can easily go to ChatGpt just like I did and you could tell ChatGBT to give you five of the most powerful or most profitable niches where you can create and sell a digital product in. And as you can see, I have the answer right here. These are five extremely powerful niches. And your niche will always depend on you as a person. And what I like to tell people, choose a niche that you can talk about all day long and you won't get bored of talking about. Now, you may not be a person that like AI. You may not like anything that got to do with side hustles. You may not like fitness, but you got to find one of these two that you do like. I mean, one of the five you have to like just a little bit or you can say, "Give me five more." So, when it comes to a niche, remember you want to choose something that you can talk about all day long and not get bored of. So, if one of these five niches right here don't get you excited, tell ChatGpt that you don't like any of these niches to give you five more. You don't want ChatGpt to tell you what you want to hear by basically saying, "I I love gardening, so please give me" You don't want to do that. You want to receive data that is very powerful and that's very profitable. So eventually you will find a niche that you do like talking about or would like talking about and wouldn't get bored of talking about all day long. So again, if you don't like these niches right here, go ahead and tell ChatGpt to give you five more. And that's a powerful way to find a niche as well. So even though there's many other ways to find a profitable niche in order to create a digital product around or to create a digital product business around Chat GPT and Pinterest, between these two right here, I've launched more products than you can ever imagine just with these two alone. And even before Chat GPT came along, I was looking at Pinterest trends and seeing what was trending because they also have a search bar up here so you can search around as well to see what's trending. So, printables, stuff like printable wall art, I've made tens of thousands of dollars with in a very short amount of time. Budget planners and budget trackers and all of that stuff. People absolutely love that stuff. Even if you're selling it for $9.99, you can sell a thousand of them a month on Pinterest like effortlessly. And that's why Pinterest is so powerful because there are millions of users on Pinterest every single month searching for that stuff. So, this is the kind of stuff that gets people going. This is the kind of stuff that creates impulse buyers because if you have, let's say, a budget planner, a tracker, you can have 2,000 people a month pay $10 for that and you make $20,000 when that happens. Don't think that that's impossible because it's already happening. So, yeah, between Pinterest and ChatGpt, you can find a profitable niche in no time. So, go ahead and search around on ChatGpt. You can even use the web search part. Like a lot of people don't know that chat GPT also has a web search. See web search right there. You can also use the web search part to help you find trending topics within a space or profitable niches. So use the web search, use regular the the regular version of chat GPT, use Pinterest, and you can also use Google Trends. I'll show you Google Trends right here. You can also use Google Trends to find top-of-the-line niches as well. And Google Trends is so powerful. They will let you know the city and state and country of where things are popular and and what what's popular and everything that you can think of. Google Trends is going to let you know how long it's been trending, what's trending within niches. So, if you type in digital products, it'll let you know what type of digital products are trending. It'll let you know if it's a PDF, if it's a course. All types of data you can receive just by going to Google Trends alone. So you got Google Trends, you got Pinterest trends and you also got ChatGpt. Between these three, you can easily and will easily find a profitable niche that you want to launch and create your first digital product in and start selling that's going to make you a lot of money as long as you hit the ground running and take action. So now what it's time to do is it's time to show you how to create and outsource the products. Now, a lot of people spend too much time creating products when in reality, you can also outsource it if you don't want to create products of your own. So, the three things that sell like crazy are ebooks, WordPress plugins, and planners. These are the three things right here that will get you to your first $10,000 a month in really no time. And I've seen it. I've done it myself. And it's just over and over for the past 10 plus years. These are the three things right here that move like crazy. Now, this one right here, you're not going to be able to create. You're you're most likely going to have to outsource it and have somebody else create it cheaply. But these right here, these two right here, I'm going to show you how to create right now. Or you can even outsource these as well. It's completely up to you. So, as far as ebooks and planners, what you want to do is you want to use something like Canva. Now, let me just type in planner right here. And I can just click right here on this on these templates. So, Canva is going to allow me to create all types of planners. See, monthly budget planners, as you can see right here, people can go in and, you know, edit these these planners and you can customize them. You can customize them to certain niches if you want to. It can be a workout planner. It can be a finance planner. There's so many different things that you can do when it comes to Canva because they allow you to customize everything. And you can sell these, of course, as templates. So, instead of planners right here, we can just put Canva templates because that is going to allow you to sell it as a template instead of just selling it as a PDF planner. So, we'll just roll with Canva templates. And again, Canva templates and planners sell like crazy. So, I'm going to show you once again how to make this happen. So, we got the the planner over here. And again, you can edit every single bit of this right here. So, let's click over here and check out some more designs. They even have the covers right here. So, you can add the covers, you can add new pages. See, add a page. You can drag this over here. Then, we can add a page. You can drag this down here. And what you can do once you create this planner, you can create it. You can create a template. You can create a Canva template out of it. See all. And then after that template link. Now, you got to have Canva Pro in order to sell Canva template links. If you don't have Canva Pro, you want to upgrade to Canva Pro because this can make you thousands upon thousands of dollars a month. They have sold 1,400 on their shop. Now, it can be a mix of different templates. It's probably not just this one, but they have over a,000 sales on their shop. And you best believe with this being a bestseller, this is one of the top sellers right here. So, even if this was United States dollars and let's say it's $5 a pop, well, that's $5,000 from a Canva template that they created for free. So, I hope you understand the power of this. Canva templates you can sell like crazy. You can add a nice little cover right here. They created this mockup right here on Canva. Every bit of this. So, not only are they creating the template itself on Canva, they're also creating the mockup itself on Canva. So every bit of this is being created on Canva and you can do the very same. So let's go to something else. Let's type in ebook. Let's type in ebook cover right here. So as we can see, Canva is going to allow us to have us a nice ebook right here. It's going to allow us to create us a nice ebook right here. And the good thing about this is I can choose a cover like this. I can give it a name and I can have chat GPT create the outline for me. So, let me go ahead and download this as a a PNG. Let's download this right here and I'll show you how powerful this is. So, I'm going to say, "Write me an outline for this ebook." And watch what happens. As you can imagine, ChatGpt is going to create an outline for this ebook cover that I just got from Canva. Every single bit of this right here. So, what you can do with this outline is I don't recommend you use an AI to write the ebook for you because a lot of people doing that these days and it can be robotic. But you can head over to Fiverr and you can hire this person right here or somebody like her for $40 to write you a 5,000word ebook. And you have to do the simple math here. If you pay $40 and she creates you a 5,000word ebook and you selling this ebook, let's say for $40, you'd only need 10 sales to make $400. You need a 100 sales to make $4,000 and so on. So one $40 investment could literally turn into $4,000. And that is the power using Canva to create the designs, using chat GPT to do the outlines, and using somebody on Fiverr to write the ebook. This is delegation at its finest. You're delegating via AI and also talent writers on Fiverr. Again, if you are writing an ebook, don't have AI write it. Now, you can if you want to, but if you want the human touch, AI cannot do all of that for you. hire somebody on Fiverr like like this girl right here. Pay her $40 and I can promise you this, that $40 is going to pay off 10 times or even a hundred times over as long as you are willing to hit the ground running and make the investment. So, when it comes to creating an ebook or creating a Canva template that you can sell over and over, Fiverr is definitely your place. Now, if you want to sell a WordPress plugin, you want to hire somebody on upwork.com to create that plugin for you. Now, a WordPress plugin is extremely powerful. And a plug-in will is anything from marketing plugins to writing assistant plugins. If you understand WordPress, you know what a plug-in is. But if you don't understand what WordPress is, you can just go to Google and type in what a WordPress plugin is. But basically a plugin is the same kind of plugin that you would use on like Shopify or Wix. I mean every site got plugins that you can use to make the site better or to assist you in some way, shape or form. So you can get your own plugin created created that you can package and that you can sell to people as well. So, if you go to upwork.com and say, "I would like to create an Instagram automation plugin that's going to allow people to upload this plugin to their website to automate their Instagram content." So, every piece of content that that the blog shares, I want that piece of content to be turned into a PNG image and shared on their Instagram profile. Plugins help you automate things like that. So, if you are selling plugins, people make millions and millions of dollars selling plugins. What if you are one of the people that got a plugin for sale where people can purchase it from you? That's when a lot of money can be made. And that again, it's a digital product as well. Now, a lot of people don't go this route because creating a plugin can cost you up to $500. But people that are selling plugins make anywhere from $50,000 a year all the way to 10 and 20 million a year. I've literally seen people, individuals make $10 million in a single year by selling one $129 WordPress plugin. So, the sky's is truly the limit whenever you create something that's harder to do. Now, I can easily go over here to Canva and I can create unlimited Canva templates or unlimited ebooks. But when you are selling something like a WordPress plugin, everybody's not going to go to Upwork and hire a WordPress plug-in developer to develop a plugin from scratch. So at the end of the day, whenever you are creating a job post for a plug-in, just do your research. You can even go, let's see, the chat GPT and say, I would like to have a WordPress plugin created. Give me three ideas that could make me $1 million a year. Then give me the job title and description for me to outsource via upwork.com. Now I'm giving you nuggets right here that most people are not going to talk about on YouTube for free. So here go aid driven SEO content generator which is insane. Here you go. Number two, digital product funnel builder AI powered membership and learning hub. These are three very powerful multi-million dollar ideas right here. As you can see, it even let us know why why this is $1 million potential. It gives you the bullet points right here. It says this one right here, $37 a month times 2500 users is $1.1 million a year with a digital product funnel builder. And it's drag and drop, of course. Then we got $49 a month times $2,000. This is how much you would charge for the plugin. Times 2,000 users equal $1.17 million a year. $1.1 million a year from one AI membership and learning hub plugin. Can you imagine that? If you don't know what a plugin is, once again, you may want to do your research on WordPress plugins. They are extremely powerful and they assist people and make people's lives and businesses so much smoother and easier. So that's why they are so powerful. So here go the job description right here. But again, if you look up WordPress plug-in sellers, you can see that most of these people are six, seven, and even eight figure earners and they're not telling you about it because you are the people that are most likely buying the plugins. But what if you can own one? Well, I just gave you the blueprint on how you can become the owner of your very own WordPress plugin. So, you got Canva templates, you got ebooks, you got WordPress plugins. Choose one of these three right here to create a digital product around and launch it. Now, remember, even though the ebook and Canva templates are going to be easier and can make you 10,000, 20,000, or even $30,000 a month, something like a WordPress plug-in can make you multiple millions of year if you hit the ground running and promote it. So, these three ideas right here can set you free. Choose one of the three if you want to really hit the ground running and get to six figures a year and beyond. That's all you got to do is choose one of these three in order to move to the next step. So there will be some impulse buying. And impulse buying when people say, "Ah, it's just this much or it's just that much. I I don't care to buy it." So, usually a lot of super experts and gurus, if you want to call them, say to put stuff ending in a seven, but I've been having a ton of success ending things in 50, like $7.50 or $11.50, like odd pricing like that. So, for this template right here is 57 pages. I'm going to sell this for $11.50. And that's a pretty good deal. And if I want to, I can put I could put $17 right here and $11.50 right here because psychology tells people that if something is on sale, they want to hurry up and catch the sale. Now, if you want to use a nice little trick, you want to put something like this where it says get my guided right here. You want to put three of five discount slots are taken or you want to put only three discount slots left or just something like that. You I mean ju you want to use that scarcity scarcity tactics in order to get people to act fast. Now, you can be a person and be like, "I don't want to say that. I don't want to use scarcity tactics." Well, you're going to lose out on half of your money. Trust me, because if you give people all day long to purchase something, they're going to drag their feet for weeks and sometimes even months. I've literally had people come to me three and four months later because I didn't use scarcity tactics on certain products and say, "I seen you share this product um in March." And it was like probably like September or something. I seen this in March and I thought that I'd come and buy it today because I've kept my eye on it for that long and I told myself that's your fault for not getting these people to move faster. So, you always want to use something that let to let them know that they need to act now in order for them to make a move because if they drag their feet, you know, you're probably not dealing with nobody serious anyway. So, whenever you say something like only three discount slots left, then most of the people are going to say, "Okay, it's only $1.50. 50. There's $3. There's three discount slots left. I want one of these slots. Most people don't even want to spend $17. Um, even even if it's not even that much extra, you know, $1.50 to $17, that's just a few dollars extra. Most people still want to save that extra money so they'll act faster. So, that's why I usually do it like that. And let's keep on. Let's go up here. So, since we got our mockup, let me head over here to Facebook ads. And let me click on ads manager. And remember, you can do this for anything. You can do this for ebooks. You can do this for a WordPress plugin. You can do this for Canva templates, printable wall art, website templates. It doesn't matter what kind of digital product you sell. You can do this for everything. I'm going just go to one of my dummy ad accounts so I can show you how this is going to work. And I'm going to click create new. I'm going to do a traffic campaign. I'm going to click continue. manual traffic campaign. Continue. And I want to say [Music] we're going to do how to build money-making email list. Money making email list Canva template. I'm going just name it that. Share some of your budget with other ad sets. I'm going to unselect that because I don't want to do that. I'm going to click next. And I'll just use for the adset name, I'll just use this exact same name right here. And I'll click website. Y'all do website. Leave it right there. Down here, I'm going to do $5 a day cuz my goal is to spend $5 a day and to make back $11.50 a day. So, that's more than doubling my money. And then what if I spend $10 a day and make back what? 20 to $23. So, if I can do that, that'll be very, very good. And I'm sure it will be good for you as well if you can double your money for every dollar you spend. So, we chose website. Let me go down. $5 a day. We'll go down here and switch to original audience options. Use original audience. I'll scroll down and I will do demographics. I will put marketing or digital marketing. See, I could put digital marketing right here. And I got a huge group of people I can target. 24 to 28 million. That's a little broad. Let's see if we do email marketing. There we go. Email marketing. Let's Let's focus on email marketing. What we got right here? 15 to 18 million in email marketing. So, we got, as crazy as it may sound, we got 15 to 18 million potential buyers right here. Because you got to remember, just because people show interest in email marketing doesn't mean they know anything about email marketing. So, they may want to learn. So, for $11.50, they're going to be able to learn. So, let's go down here to advantage placements, and we're going to do manual placements. Never ever do advantage plus placements because Facebook will spend your money how they want to spend it versus how you would like to spend your money. So, we're going to run this. I usually do it separate. I usually run some ads on Instagram and some on Facebook, but sometimes I will run them on Facebook and Instagram if it's something like a beautiful mockup that's going to get quick sales. So, let me go ahead and do Facebook and Instagram feeds only. We're going to unselect stories and reals. We're not going to do that. Facebook notifications. No. Facebook business explorer. Yeah, we'll keep it on explore. That'd be cool. Instagram home. Yeah. Right column. Facebook. No, we're not. We're not going to do the right column. Video feeds. No. Looks like we we got the feed selected. Let's make sure everything is cool. Languages, we're going to do English. Of course, you choose whatever language you wish to choose. Let's run this to only women right now. I usually it usually don't matter because you have some men that would be attracted to to these colors, but um these are more feminine colors. And um and I'm going just leave it like that. I'mma just target women right here. And my age range, I'm going to target 24 to 40. I usually leave the age alone, but um but for the sake of this training, I'm going to do um 24 to 40 because whenever I am marketing only to women, this this is usually the most usually 25 to 40. Yeah, this is the age range right here that um that I get the the highest engagement with. So, I'm going to leave the age range just like that. So, right now, we only got 2.8 million to 3.3 million. And I said only like that's not a lot. That's still millions of potential customers. And as you can see, my daily results are going to be anywhere from 33 to 94 clicks. Now, you have to do the math here. I'll go ahead and get out my calculator for you. 33 to 94 clicks. And remember, I got a $5 a day budget. So, let's just say if we get 50 clicks, we get 50 clicks and we get eight sales a day. That's 8 time $11.50, which I think we can do more than that. It's $92 a day on a $5 a day ad budget. If you multiply that by 30, that's $2700 a month. Now, you got to ask yourself, even if you spent, let's say, $20 a day, which is $600 a month, would you be okay with spending $600 a month and making back $2700, a $2,100 profit? That's the power of selling things like Canva templates to those who are already interested in the topic. So, let's go ahead and click next. Let's paste that same title. And I'll just choose, let's see, one of my one of my digital product related um Facebook pages and Instagram accounts, which is called Low Ticket CEO. Let me go down here. Multi-advertiser ads. But if it was something that was $300, I would put learn more just to kind of take it easy and take baby steps. So you don't want to just slap them right in the face with a order now button if something is $300 because most people are not going to order now if it's that much. So let me see. You've watched me do it all. So, there's nothing stopping you from doing exactly what I just done right there. This is all it takes to make a lot of money via digital marketing and selling digital products. It will generate high quality copy for you to go ahead and launch your ad.
